COLLECT FROM STORE – FREE
Orders placed before 5pm can be collected on the same day (dependent on stock availability at your selected location) you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from your desired store (La Cala, Calahonda, San Pedro, Gibraltar). Excludes Sunday & Bank Holidays.

PLEASE NOTE

• All delivery time frames are estimations
• There are no collections processed over bank holiday weekends
• All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
• Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
• Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
• Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of Correos. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email
